spacious rooms helpful staff broken shower cracked tiles
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the swimming pool and the greenery around the garden and lagoon. It was nice. The staff were very helpful. I had an AMAZING time.
My room needed updating. The shower head was broken, and there were cracked tiles in the wardrobe area. The doors all had GAPS around them.

excellent family trip
comfortable room fresh sheets kids pool
the family room was very comfortable! daily cleaning included fresh sheets, towels, and bottled water. the food had a nice mix of thai, english, and continental options. i loved the breakfast (the fruit selection was amazing!). the pools were clean, with a relaxed beach pool and a fun kids' pool (the slides are awesome!).
the air conditioning sometimes struggled to keep up with the heat during the day. it wasn't a huge problem, but it did take a while to cool the room down fully.

the breakfast had lots of fruits, vegetables, and various meats. the outdoor dining was great (komol corner is awesome!). we really liked the diverse menu with thai, english, and continental dishes.

our family room was very clean with all the comforts we needed. the bathroom was spacious and well kept. daily room cleaning was provided, so we always returned to a tidy and inviting space. (that's very important for my family!)

A Peaceful Retreat with Amazing Staff!
attentive staff quiet beach
The staff was so attentive and helpful. The location is right on a quiet beach. It offered a fine sunset view. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! I also appreciated the many dining options just outside the premises.
The hotel corridors were dark and slippery, especially when wet. I think the hotel could use a simple refurbishment to improve overall aesthetics.

The Beautiful Grand Family Room was very spacious and clean. It included fresh bottled water every day. The room had comfortable beds, great for families needing extra space and comfort after a day at the beach.

The breakfast had great variety and fresh options. The pool was clean and a good size for swimming. I really liked the beach location. It was easy to access the sea. There were many nearby restaurants and bars for evening entertainment.
